Retirement Village Programs

The aged-care community are often forgotten when it comes to accessing health care. Many have limited or no access to transportation services and may be suffering with chronic health conditions that can affect mobility, memory and cognition.

We provide programs to the aged-care community, particularly those in independent living situations. Our programs aim to increase access to quality, affordable healthcare by bringing it to their door or providing telehealth solutions where practical.

We offer on-site GP visits at retirement villages, nurse outreach programs and family case conferences.
